Our #1 goal is to satisfy our customers! Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis for stock items. For custom orders, if an item was ordered incorrectly, i.e the wrong letters were submitted for the order, unfortunately we are unable to accept that item as a return. If there was a mistake on our end, we will gladly correct the issue.
